Shut Your Mouth

The title may sound harsh but it is what we all have to do at times. God has put people in my life the past couple of weeks to minister to and as I was going through my studies yesterday and praying for these people I was led to this.
We are all blessed in many ways but do not want to settle for what God has given us we always want more rather it be money, promotion at work or even another job. We look at other people who are having their prayers answered and ask well where is mine or maybe you have gotton to the point of questioning Why am I giving my all to God and my prayers not being answered? I study, pray, give of my time, praise him, worship him, and bring my tithes to the store house. Stop the words out of your mouth is your own curse. That job you wanted wasnt yours but someone else's, the promotion wasnt yours maybe this isnt the place you are supposed to be in. Take a look at where God has brought you from and be thankful. To be thankful for the small stuff will allow God to open bigger doors and raise you higher. When we show apperciation in the small stuff God knows we will apperciate the larger blessings as well...
Our mouth gets in trouble and also curses our blessings.. How can God give us more if we are not giving him our all. You think you giving him pure praise when you are moning about what he hasnt dont for you. He wants us to have faith in him and give him our all and if we are complaing all the time we are not giving him our all. He dosent want half a sacrifice or a half harted praise but whole harted...God wants to bless us in so many ways but the words out of our mouth is our problem... Watch what you say, be happy with what you have been given, and remember you to are worthy of all the blessings he has for us. Praise him for what you do have and better things will come to you...

I ask you all to walk through your day thanking god for you job ( it might not be where you want to be) thanks him for giving you life and waking you up this morning. Thank him for the small stuff and watch what happens.

Feel free to leave comments.I love you all
